The house is just lovely – functional, well appointed, peaceful, safe and spacious. For us, there’s nothing lacking at all, and whatever you need is there and easy to find. It’s really like being at home – it has that comfortable, convenient feeling. The views of the bay are, of course, stunning, and watching the waves, the dawn, the sunset and, of course, the whales, makes this a special house in a very special place.
BABY WHALE BLISS is exactly that. Bliss! What an amazing experience to stay there again. Everything was perfect like it was before with a few new touches! We were treated with whales playing in the water right in front of the house. The location of Baby Whale Bliss is amazing! Only a few steps to find yourself on the beach, whether it be for a quick morning coffee, a long walk along the beautiful unspoilt beaches…
This little gem is everything it promises to be AND MORE! We had a great time watching the whales right from our bedroom window. There are lovely shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is a short walk away. We thank Tania and Pieter for creating such a lovely “secret hideaway” and we are planning to come back to stay a bit longer next time! Can’t go wrong 10/10!!
If you have the chance to stay, I would highly recommend. The tranquil views are outstanding, and the entire interior is very well decorated and full of character. Communication was excellent. Tania (local host) was very helpful, and Pieter (owner) was fantastic to move the dates for us (my mistake). The tidal pool is a great amenity for little swimmers, and those less comfortable in the surf. Everything you need.
